Meet the team!

A warm hello from the team – our co-founders are Carys Rawson and Conor Cockcroft, a couple who’s shared passion for health and fitness sparked an idea on the small island of Cyprus which has led to the tasty drinks you’re looking for.

We wanted to create a drink which could be the all round product to save people time and money, whilst hitting their goals. We both go to the gym, Carys is a manager at a gym and plays hockey and Con plays football, so we both understand the importance of a product which can energise you and refuel your muscles and body. We also know that the gym isn’t for everyone, and that’s why our drink is good for anyone who needs it, whether you’re playing sports, or are just looking for a quick, tasty refreshment on the way into work.
